1. Application & CV Review:
Submit your CV and cover letter via our online application form. Our team will review your documents to assess your suitability for the role.
2. Questionnaire:
Shortlisted candidates will receive a brief questionnaire to help us learn more about your skills, experience, and motivations.
3. Zoom Interview:
If your questionnaire meets our criteria, we’ll invite you to a video interview with our team.
4. Observation Session:
Successful interviewees will be invited to observe our practice in action, giving you a feel for our culture and working environment.
5. Trial Session:
The final stage is a hands-on trial session, allowing both you and our team to ensure it’s the right fit.
6. Offer or Feedback:
After the trial, we’ll provide feedback or, if successful, make you a formal job offer.
Timeline:
We aim to respond to all applicants within 10 days of receiving your application.
All application data, including CVs and cover letters, is stored securely and treated as strictly confidential, in compliance with GDPR. We retain your application data for 6 months after the conclusion of the recruitment process. After this period, your data is securely deleted unless you have given us explicit consent to keep it for future opportunities. You have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by contacting admin@aspiresmiles.co.uk.
