Dr. Dan Bagga is an award-winning Principal Dentist and the driving force behind Aspire Smiles, recognised as Best Principal in the Midlands 2025. Since graduating, he has undertaken extensive training across all areas of restorative dentistry and now specialises in implant work, soft tissue treatment, Invisalign, and complex smile makeovers including toothwear rehabilitation and veneers. Dan is also skilled in providing IV sedation, enabling him to deliver comfortable and transformative treatment experiences for his patients.

Arti holds an Aesthetics diploma and specialises in non-surgical aesthetic treatments, medical-grade skin care and Invisalign treatment.

Ray qualified from Newcastle University with a Merit in Clinical Dentistry. Being very passionate about his work, he has also completed a postgraduate diploma in aesthetic and restorative dentistry in London, with a strong passion for helping people achieve the smile of their dreams. Ray is a keen photographer, which he uses a lot in his work to help achieve this for his patients.
I graduated in 2017 with distinction from the University of Leeds, and have dedicated myself to many years of additional post graduate training as a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and through achieving the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons Diploma in Restorative Dentistry.

Outside of the clinic, Sas enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, experimenting with cooking new dishes, and is an active volunteer within the local temple community. Lily qualified as a dental hygienist in Barcelona in 2012. She works as a Dental Hygienist and like the rest of the team, her job is to ensure that every patient receives the best care possible. Outside of work, Lily loves to read and travel, and can often be found keeping fit in the gym.
Patrycja is the award-winning, Highly Commended Practice Manager of Aspire Smiles 2025, bringing over 10 years of dental experience to the role. She expertly balances patient care with practice operations, ensuring that every visit is smooth, enjoyable, and leaves patients with the smile they deserve.
With a keen focus on solutions and a knack for problem-solving, Patrycja approaches her responsibilities with urgency and a positive attitude. She is dedicated to building a cohesive and motivated team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Sukhi is an experienced dental nurse with extensive knowledge in general dentistry as well as maxillofacial and implant procedures. In her role as Operations and Compliance Lead, she supervises various aspects of the dental practice, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to standards.
Sukhi provides support and direction to enhance the performance, skills, and knowledge of the nursing team and TCOs. She has additional qualifications in radiography and is trained in assisting with conscious sedation. Working closely with the Business Manager, Sukhi ensures that the practice delivers high-quality dental care in line with CQC, GDC guidelines, Health & Safety requirements, and other legislation.
With her vibrant energy and positive attitude, Sukhi is sure to brighten your day even before you see the dentist. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and runs her own side business catering for various occasions. When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find her at the gym.

With over eight years of experience teaching English online to Japanese, Korean, and Chinese students, Wen has held managerial positions such as Team Leader and Head Teacher. However, she has always been drawn to business and social media, having run her own online businesses in the past.
In 2024, she decided to change the course of her career after fully exploring all possible opportunities in teaching. She shifted her focus to undertaking extensive studies in Social Media Management, Strategies, and Graphic Design.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time in nature, volunteering, and embracing new challenges with enthusiasm!
